According to the announcement, the VShojo game will feature personalities and Vtubers as playable characters. Bao Lam, who is the president of Hidden Leaf Games, said that the game will appeal to fans of the Vtubers, as well as the VTubers themselves. It will be an “authentic and fun gameplay experience,” and the company is excited to create new experiences for VShojo’s existing audience. Justin Ignacio, the CEO of VShojo, stated that this is an incredible opportunity for VTubers to express themselves through a game, and the two companies will work closely together on this project.
Hidden Leaf Games is an indie studio that started in 2019, with its founders formerly working at Riot Games and on PUBG. It released Fangs in 2022, which shut down in December 2023 so that the team could focus on Project Soulforge. As for VShojo, it was founded in 2020. Some of the performers associated with VShojo include Kuro Kurenai, Matara Kan, and Kson.
Hidden Leaf Games is developing a VShojo game and is collaborating with the company on this project. More information on it will appear in the future.
